This sweet long sleeved shirt was made by Adidas back in the 80s and it features the Adidas trefoil logo on the front drawn in a black brush stroke style. The trefoil logo was introduced in the early 70s and its three leaf shape is meant to represent the three land masses of the Americas, Europe and Africa, and Asia. The intersecting lines across the three leaves are meant to symbolize diversity. The logo was adapted after Adidas decided they wanted to branch off from just being an athletic brand and expand into leisure and apparel. Adidas is the second largest sportswear company in the world, second only to Nike.   

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. There are repairs on the sleeve and some fading, see pics.
